Established in 2008, IMEC is a minority-owned small business with SBA 8(a) certification headquartered in Columbia, Maryland serving clients in the Mid-Atlantic states and the Carolinas. IMEC integrates best practices, strategies and project delivery methodologies in project management, engineering and construction services using disciplined execution according to clients specific business mission, objectives and goals with the highest level of quality in mind.
